Test your skills with no risk.  This is your best opportunity to take your first Nokia Optical Network Certification (ONC) exam!

From Monday, May 9th to Monday, June 6th, you can take any written exams from our ONC Program!

The exams can be taken online from anywhere using Pearson VUE – OnVUE proctored online exams.

Exams

Exam Registration

Registration opens on March 15th and closes on May 29th, with all the exams taking place from Monday, May 9th to Monday, May 30th.

Free certification exams are not available for employees, only Nokia customers and partners attending Wavelengths.  You are restricted to three exam attempts.

How to register:

1. Navigate to the Written Exam Registration Guide to create a Student Portal account or log in to your existing account. 

2. Once logged in, select “Exam Registration” from the menu on the left.

3. Select your ONC exam and complete the steps to Finalize Registration.

4. You will be taken to the Registration in Progress page.  If you do not see the blue button "Schedule with Pearson VUE", refresh the page.

5. Click on the Schedule with Pearson button to be directed to the Pearson VUE website.

6. Select the “Online at my home or office” option for where you would like to take your exam.

7. Complete the “Prepare for your exam” steps.

8. Once the exam preparation steps are successfully completed, select “Next”.

9. Review the online exam policies and select “Agree”.

10. Answer the registration questions and select “Next”.

11. Select a date and time to write the exam.

    • OnVUE exams are offered 24/7 so please be mindful of AM vs PM when selecting a session in your time zone.

12. Review cart and select “Proceed to Checkout”.

13. Add the event Promo Code: Wave2022Exams

14. Select “Next” and complete the booking.

15. Review confirmation emails received to ensure all details are correct and understood.
